Concavia high bay range now includes the options of high output Venture lamps and standard 3 hour emergency versions.
The fitting is available in three sizes, which can be combined with an array of lamp types and wattages. Concavia can then be tailored to suit a wide range of applications with the addition of reflectors, decorative accessories, protective guards and louvres.
Concavia L is available to order complete with a high output Venture Uniform Pulse Start 450W metal halide lamp. In addition, an integrated emergency version has been added to the standard Concavia S range.
Venture lamps offer an ultra high lumen package for applications where strong output is the priority. Key benefits of the 450W Venture lamp include:
o High initial 45,000 lumen output – strong light performance..
o Arc tube technology – ensures optimum performance from the lamp.
o 20,000+ hours lamp life – reduces lamp changing maintenance cycles.
o Protected arc tube – removes the need for a protective glass cover on IP23 luminaire configurations and offers an ideal option for use with the Concavia glass reflector.
These 450W Venture lamps are available with IP23, IP65 and auxiliary versions of Concavia L.
Concavia now offers more possibilities for inclusion in emergency lighting schemes with the addition of a standard 57W TC-TEL integral emergency 3 hour variant.
When the mains power supply to the luminaire is functional, a bi-colour LED on the housing will be lit green, showing the luminaire is in charging mode. In an emergency situation when the mains power supply fails, the luminaire will switch over from mains power to battery power supply. This failure in power causes the lamp to switch over to emergency operation.
In battery powered mode the LED will not be lit and the luminaire will be powered for a 3 hour period. When the mains power supply resumes, the luminaire will automatically switch back over to the mains power supply and the LED will be lit to indicate that the product is recharging.
This emergency version shares all the features and benefits of the standard luminaire:
o Supplied complete with an Osram 57W TC-TEL lamp
o Pre-installed 1.5m mains cable
o IP23 rating
o Compatible with a range of different reflectors
