TED signed a deal with Numatic International
(06/01/2012)
TED (Trade Electricals Direct), part of the Hughes Electrical Group, has signed a deal with Numatic International meaning it will be retailing its very own vacuum from the home of the Henry Vacuum!
There are TED branches in: Norwich, which is also its national headquarters; Ipswich; King’s Lynn; Peterborough; Colchester; Birmingham and Chelmsford which covers the London area.
TED employs over 20 staff and has sales and contracts in excess of £10m a year supplying businesses across the UK including: small independent retailers; builders, care homes, schools, housing associations, local authorities and universities.
The cleaners have been specifically designed and manufactured for the commercial market and feature a new energy saving device which will mean lower operating costs. When switched on the Vac will be at half power but still perfectly adequate for light cleaning such as removing dust etc. However at the flick of a switch it goes to full power for the toughest jobs.
TED has grown rapidly to become one of Numatic’s fastest growing dealers, selling hundreds of Henry’s, Hetty’s and their siblings every month nationwide. Now it becomes one of just a handful of dealers able to sell its very own version of a Numatic International Vacuum.
“The relationship between Numatic International and ourselves has been growing rapidly, said TED general manager, Paul Chisnall. “We are two independent, privately owned businesses which share the same values of excellent customer service and providing quality products.”
