New UK Technical Director for low energy lighting specialist Aurora

Pete Hart has recently been appointed UK Technical Director for low energy lighting specialist Aurora, based in Welwyn Garden City. Pete Hart has over 25 years’ experience in the lighting industry including knowledge of lighting design, luminaire design and manufacture, lamps, photometry and lighting sales.

His new role reflects further expansion in both the UK and international markets. Aurora continues to champion the R & D, manufacture and distribution of innovative energy efficient lighting.

Pete says: "My role is to lead a dedicated technical team who support our colleagues and customers before, during and after every project. A continued programme of internal and external training helps us to foster a culture of knowledge sharing which strengthens the ability of Aurora to continue providing a first class service across a wide variety of markets.
