Schneider Electric SystemSupport offers customers the simplest of choice for maintaining their assets
(14/09/2009)
Schneider Electric has now made it even easier to choose the most suitable support contract with the launch of SystemSupport and its suite of three new services; Prevent, Secure and Lifeline.
The SystemSupport range of contracts has been designed to offer customers the simplest of choice for maintaining their assets, whilst providing the flexibility they need to tailor the support contract to their specific requirements. Prevent contracts have been developed for electrical distribution, Secure covers automation systems and Lifeline has been designed for SCADA and energy solutions.
SystemSupport provides customers with true peace of mind as new features include a non-intrusive service, allowing switchgear to be checked whilst it is still operating and 24/7 spare parts and access to an engineer, allowing customers to call day or night for assistance. An additional feature, asset on line, allows customers to browse their own electrical / maintenance records at the touch of a button.
SystemSupport reduces downtime by proactively maintaining customer’s assets, identifying and fixing issues quickly and effectively.
Andrew Taylor, Services & Projects Director for Schneider Electric explains: “We have always offered comprehensive support contracts, however SystemSupport offers improved functionality for our customers on a more personalised basis. This ensures that whatever aspect of an installation is being covered, whether it is automotive equipment, MV or LV switchgear, SCADA or energy solutions, businesses can be assured they are getting the support and knowledge from our experts within Schneider Electric.”
