Indal WRTL has launched a web site dedicated to their Stela LED street light. The site has been developed in response to Stela’s success during the past 12 months and provides technical data and calculation tools for lighting engineers, carbon reduction and energy saving information for council officers and answers questions on light pollution, personal and road safety for residents. The BBC 1 Inside Out programme has featured Stela LED street lights from WRTL Exterior Lighting. The programme explored the issues caused in part by sodium and mercury street lights and powerful floodlighting, which prevent populations living close to cities from seeing the stars.
