Built in 1965, the Arts Tower in Sheffield is home to over 1700 staff and students from the University of Sheffield. The Grade II* listed building, called “the tallest and most elegant university tower block in Britain”, is undergoing an extensive refurbishment programme which will extend the life of the tower by 30 years.
