Carlo Gavazzi has introduced new heavy-duty infrared photo switches designed specifically for door and entrance applications. The IRPHS60 and IRPHS20 switches offer ranges of up to 60m indoors and up to 15 or 40m for outdoor installations - (20m for IRPHS20). The transmitter incorporates a double-emitter GaAs diode, which provides a 950nm IR beam modulated at 1.33kHz.
