Schneider Electric UK powers largest wind farm to be constructed in Europe(19/01/2007)
Large wind farms are vital to meeting the UK’s ambitious renewable energy targets. There are currently 125 wind farms in the UK and 100 projects have planning consent. Schneider Electric UK has won an order to supply all of the 33kV switchgear for Whitelee wind farm in Scotland.
