Aurora's 11W LUNA lamp offers energy saving of 80 percent over halogen(16/11/2010)
Aurora has launched a direct GU10 replacement CFL lamp to meet Part L1 of the building regulations introduced in October 2010. The 11W LUNA lamp features a unique Nano-brite coating on the reflector to boost the total lumen output up to almost 50 lm/W. This offers a huge energy saving of over 80% over halogen. Part of a range of 40 new L1 and L2 compliant products, LUNA lamps are unique and designed for use in realistic ambient temperatures of 65 degrees C as found in fire rated downlighters.... [more]
