Stela LEDS reduce carbon emissions on Merthyr Tydfil footpath(26/11/2009)
Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council recently invited WRTL Exterior Lighting to pilot their energy saving LED luminaire, as part of a regeneration scheme in the area.
